Do I have to pay for every BOIR submission?

Only your first submission is subject to a fee. Future updates and corrections to your submission are free of charge. This also includes other BOIR submissions for other companies you may own or manage. Please ensure you use the same email address for all submissions to ensure they are linked to your account.

Why is my filing status being processed?

Your filing status is being processed because we are currently validating your submission to ensure accuracy. This process can take up to 7 business days. Once your submission has been filed with FinCEN, you will receive an email confirmation along with your FinCEN ID number if requested.
